Delivery
Same-day deliveries within Nairobi County for orders received by 15:00, and up-country within 48 hours, after receiving your order, during working days, payment verification and stock permitting. Delivery charge applies for orders below 1,000/- (within Nairobi) and up-Country orders below 5,000/-
Damaged/Faulty Goods
If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please do the following:
Take a picture of the damaged or faulty product and send, with full details, to customercare@supercosmetics.co.ke or WhatsApp to 0784 401 122 at the time of delivery.
We will assess the faulty product and arrange an exchange as appropriate.
Payments
Payments for all orders and purchases on the site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed.
