Introduction
- These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the Site. By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. The Site reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on the Site with no other notice provided. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Intellectual Property Rights
- SuperCosmetics shall remain the owner of all proprietary content posted on the Site and such proprietary content shall not be used by a third party without the permission of SuperCosmetics.
Our commitment to quality
- All of our products are selected to be beneficial to you and your family and being of the highest quality. Everything that SuperCosmetics offers is rooted in our Mission to Inspire Inner Beauty and chosen to make a positive contribution to you and your families wellbeing.
Delivery
- Same-day deliveries within Nairobi County for orders received by 15:00, and up-country within 48 hours, after receiving your order, during working days, payment verification and stock permitting. Delivery charge applies for orders below 1,000/- (within Nairobi) and up-Country orders below 5,000/-
Damaged/Faulty Goods
- If your goods are damaged or faulty when you receive them, please do the following:
- Take a picture of the damaged or faulty product and send, with full details, to customercare@supercosmetics.co.ke or WhatsApp to 0784 401 122 at the time of delivery.
- We will assess the faulty product and arrange an exchange as appropriate.
Payments
- Payments for all orders and purchases on the site are considered complete when made in full. Orders for which payments are yet to be completed shall not be processed.
